There are four main food groups for this diet which Kendall Anderson covers well and having a good balance between these four groups is very important for following the macro diet. The recipes sound delicious, there are so many soups, cold and hot, salad sandwiches and wraps, poultry, pork, beef, pizzas and pastas, snacks, and desserts. I love that there is a section on vegetarian and vegan recipes. The spicy watermelon and feta cheese sounds very intriguing and I may have to try it.
